The role translates enterprise strategy into a multiyear SAP functional roadmap, aligns investment and capacity with business priorities, and guides readiness for a future migration from ECC to S/4HANA. It develops leaders who deliver reliable operations, effective business solutions, and sustained improvements in business and member outcomes. In close partnership with the SAP Technical leader, it shares accountability for SAP outcomes and establishes a unified approach to priorities, design decisions, delivery, and stakeholder communication. This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ’s Club Support Center in Marlborough, Massachusetts, and Monday and Friday are remote days.
