As a Sr. Director of all our store distribution, you will lead our retail sales operations across all locations. You will be responsible for guiding our teams, driving revenue, and ensuring an excellent experience for our customers across our Retail channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of equivalent work experience.
  • Six to eight years of relevant professional experience.
  • A proven track record of managing diverse, geographically spread teams at various professional levels.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring, training, and developing staff while maintaining operational standards.
  • Experience developing and executing business growth strategies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple major projects at once and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts simply to diverse audiences and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Build, develop, and lead high-performing sales teams.
  • Coach your direct reports to become strong leaders who can motivate their own teams to achieve excellent results.
  • Set a clear vision for the region and define the practical steps needed to achieve short- and long-term business growth.
  • Launch and manage strategic programs to drive revenue, including digital partnerships, 5G plan rollouts, and abandoned-cart recovery strategies.
  • Oversee operating budgets, financial reporting, and sales performance for all stores in your territory.
  • Review sales data to build targeted action plans that improve productivity.
  • Identify trends in customer retention and partner with other departments to resolve underlying issues.
  • Act as the senior point of contact for escalating and resolving complex customer concerns.
  • Create a healthy work environment focused on engagement, transparency, and ethical business practices.
  • Ensure all teams adhere to our Business Code of Conduct and Sales Compensation Plans.
  • Guide geographically dispersed teams, solve operational problems, and share complex ideas clearly with senior executives.
