The company's values—patient-driven, authentic, eager to learn, committed to winning as a team, and enabling the impossible—guide their work and foster innovation. The Product Strategy team operates at the intersection of science, clinical development, commercial, and corporate strategy. They translate Kardigan's pipeline into clear product visions, target product profiles, value propositions, and lifecycle strategies, ensuring all development decisions are data-driven and focused on long-term portfolio value. The team collaborates closely with various departments to provide strategic framing and analytics for portfolio governance and investment decisions. They play a crucial role in shaping programs, building capabilities in competitive intelligence and market access, and ensuring product strategies prioritize patients. All Kardigan product candidates are investigational, and references to launch and commercialization pertain to readiness planning for potential future approvals.
