About The Position

Broadridge is seeking a senior product management leader in Wealth to co-lead Client Enablement & Technology Assembly with a dedicated technology counterpart. The product leader owns the wealth strategy for the integrated platform, including client needs, industry requirements, costing and commercial insight, and value realization across the end-to-end client experience. Together, the product and technology leaders operate as one accountable leadership unit, aligning priorities, scope, investment, milestones, client commitments, and outcomes. The role translates enterprise strategy, client priorities, implementation learnings, and market opportunities into product vision, capability roadmaps, use-case value, adoption plans, and prioritized backlogs. It ensures reusable platform capabilities—including APIs, event streams, integration patterns, data products, implementation accelerators, and self-service experiences—address client and business needs and can scale across the enterprise. The leader owns product strategy, market insight, value definition, roadmap prioritization, product execution, client enablement, and commercial partnership. In close partnership with technology, architecture, engineering, data, integration, security, operations, and implementation teams, the role guides scalable and supportable platform capabilities, product governance, adoption, and value realization. Success includes faster and more predictable client onboarding, greater reuse and self-service adoption, measurable client and business value, reduced point solutions, and reliable delivery against jointly committed milestones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Product Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive product management, business leadership, platform strategy, client enablement, digital transformation, or enterprise technology experience.
  • 10+ years leading complex product portfolios, product organizations, transformation programs, client-facing platforms, or cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Demonstrated success defining and delivering enterprise-scale platform products, reusable capabilities, client onboarding models, implementation accelerators, or digital client experiences.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with senior engineering, architecture, sales, implementation, operations, and executive stakeholders.
  • Executive product leadership connecting market opportunity, client needs, platform strategy, investment decisions, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong commercial judgment in evaluating product value, client demand, implementation cost, adoption potential, and investment trade-offs.
  • Deep experience in product strategy, discovery, roadmap development, portfolio prioritization, client journey design, and value-realization management.
  • Ability to engage credibly with technology leaders on APIs, integration patterns, cloud platforms, event-driven architectures, data capabilities, resiliency, and platform reuse without owning engineering execution.
  • Exceptional stakeholder-management, communication, influence, and decision-making skills in a complex matrixed organization.
  • Strong bias for action, customer focus, operational discipline, transparency, and delivery of measurable outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in financial services, fintech, or another complex regulated environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define the end-to-end product vision, strategic objectives, and multi-year roadmap for Client Enablement & Technology Assembly capabilities.
  • Translate enterprise priorities, client feedback, implementation experience, competitive intelligence, and market opportunities into product opportunities and investment recommendations.
  • Establish target client segments, personas, client journeys, value propositions, and adoption strategies for reusable platform capabilities.
  • Develop business cases, value hypotheses, success measures, and investment trade-offs in collaboration with business partners.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify onboarding, reduce implementation effort, increase self-service adoption, improve time to value, and expand platform reuse.
  • Own the prioritized Wealth platform product roadmap and backlog in partnership with the Technology Assembly leader, balancing client commitments, strategy, regulatory needs, technical dependencies, and capacity.
  • Define product requirements, desired outcomes, acceptance criteria, release objectives, and client-facing readiness expectations.
  • Lead product discovery and validation through client interviews, stakeholder workshops, usability feedback, implementation learnings, and market testing.
  • Ground product decisions in measurable evidence, including adoption data, client feedback, implementation effort, operational performance, revenue potential, and delivery risk.
  • Make scope, sequencing, and investment recommendations when priorities, client commitments, or technical constraints conflict.
  • Partner with Sales, Client Success, Implementation, Business Units, and client-facing executives to identify enablement barriers and develop scalable product solutions.
  • Define client onboarding journeys, implementation packages, product documentation, reference use cases, accelerators, self-service capabilities, and commercial enablement assets.
  • Ensure client commitments align with approved product scope, roadmap priorities, implementation capacity, and technology readiness.
  • Establish feedback loops that turn client deployment experience into product enhancements, reusable assets, and improved implementation models.
  • Support executive client conversations by articulating product value, roadmap direction, adoption pathways, dependencies, and delivery expectations.
  • Partner daily with the Technology Assembly leader and present an integrated leadership position to stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • Jointly lead roadmap reviews, investment planning, delivery governance, executive updates, client escalation discussions, and release-readiness decisions.
  • Work with architecture, engineering, data, integration, security, operations, and implementation teams to ensure requirements can be delivered as scalable, resilient, supportable platform capabilities.
  • Promote reuse of APIs, event streams, integration patterns, data pipelines, reference implementations, and common onboarding capabilities rather than funding point solutions.
  • Drive timely decisions on product scope, client commitments, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs; escalate unresolved decisions with clear options and recommendations.
  • Establish product operating rhythms for roadmap governance, customer feedback, portfolio prioritization, release planning, adoption reviews, and value-realization tracking.
  • Define and report product metrics including adoption, onboarding time, implementation effort, reuse rate, self-service utilization, client satisfaction, retention, revenue contribution, and delivered business value.
  • Provide executive stakeholders with clear views of product progress, customer outcomes, investment performance, delivery risks, dependencies, decisions, and roadmap trade-offs.
  • Build a product-management culture centered on customer outcomes, accountable prioritization, evidence-based decisions, continuous learning, and partnership with technology delivery teams.
