Position Summary The Senior Director, Product Management is responsible for helping define and execute the enterprise product vision, strategy, and portfolio roadmap across Triumph's business and consumer-facing platforms. This executive leadership role serves as a strategic partner to business, technology, operations, and executive stakeholders to ensure product investments align with corporate objectives, drive growth, enhance customer experience, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The Senior Director will lead a high-performing organization of product leaders and managers responsible for the planning, development, enhancement, and lifecycle management of critical digital products and platforms. This role requires an accomplished product executive who can balance long-term strategic vision with operational execution, influence executive decision-making, champion customer-centric innovation, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The Senior Director will help establish enterprise product management standards, governance frameworks, portfolio prioritization processes, and performance metrics while partnering closely with Engineering, Data & Analytics, Operations, Risk, Finance, and executive leadership to advance Triumph's strategic initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline required.
10+ years of progressive product management experience with full product lifecycle ownership.
8+ years of leadership experience managing product organizations and developing product leaders.
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise product portfolios across multiple business functions and technology platforms.
Proven success driving large-scale digital transformation and enterprise modernization initiatives.
Experience building and scaling product management organizations, operating models, and governance frameworks.
Significant experience partnering with executive leadership to develop strategy and drive business outcomes.
Experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic technology investments.
Executive-level leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
Strong strategic planning and business acumen with the ability to align product investments to organizational objectives.
Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and drive organizational change.
Experience establishing enterprise product management disciplines, governance frameworks, and portfolio management practices.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions across all organizational levels.
Advanced analytical capabilities with experience leveraging data and insights to drive decision making.
Strong financial acumen, including business case development, budgeting, forecasting, and investment prioritization.
Deep understanding of Agile, Lean, product operating models, and modern software development practices.
Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
Strong talent development and organizational leadership capabilities.
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Ability to effectively communicate complex technical and business concepts to executive audiences.

Help develop and maintain the enterprise product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational priorities and growth objectives.

Partner with executive leadership to identify emerging market opportunities, customer needs, technology trends, and strategic business initiatives.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives on product strategy, innovation opportunities, and technology-enabled transformation.
Lead, develop, and mentor a team of product management leaders, product managers, product owners, and business analysts.
Build organizational capability through talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
Help establish clear goals, accountability measures, and career development pathways across the Product Management organization.
Foster a culture of innovation, customer obsession, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement.
Influence and align leaders across technology, operations, commercial, and corporate functions.
Ensure successful delivery of strategic product initiatives through effective collaboration with Engineering, User Experience, and Data teams.
Oversee the development and execution of product roadmaps, business cases, requirements, and product lifecycle management activities.
Drive operational excellence through scalable product management processes, governance controls, and Agile best practices.
Remove organizational barriers and proactively resolve issues impacting strategic product delivery.
Help establish and monitor key performance indicators, adoption metrics, financial measures, and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
Partner closely with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate objectives into product initiatives.
Communicate portfolio health, product performance, business outcomes, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, customers, vendors, and external technology providers.
Champion organizational change management efforts associated with new products, platforms, and transformative initiatives.
Evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, competitive solutions, and market innovations to identify opportunities for differentiation and efficiency.
Promote experimentation and innovation practices that accelerate value delivery while managing organizational risk.
Ensure products and processes comply with applicable regulatory, security, privacy, audit, and governance requirements.
Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Information Security teams to ensure appropriate controls are embedded throughout the product lifecycle.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that may impact portfolio performance, customer experience, or business operations.
Evaluate business cases and investment opportunities to maximize strategic and financial returns.
Help establish operational reporting, portfolio dashboards, and executive-level performance reviews.
