About The Position

The Product Architect is a product leadership role responsible for shaping the platform as a cohesive product—ensuring its capabilities, experiences, and investments fit together around a clear product architecture. Working across platform product teams and in close partnership with engineering architecture, this role translates platform strategy into an intentional structure that enables reuse, consistency, scalability, and a simpler experience for platform consumers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 13 years’ experience in product management.
15 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 12 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
Supervisory experience
Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

Responsibilities

Define the platform product architecture — establish the capabilities, primitives, boundaries, and relationships that make up the platform.
Drive coherence across the portfolio — connect product roadmaps, identify gaps and duplication, and ensure investments collectively advance the platform strategy.
Establish platform product principles and patterns — create consistent approaches for how capabilities are designed, composed, exposed, and consumed.
Shape platform evolution — define the target-state product architecture and guide sequencing and tradeoffs required to move toward it.
Champion the platform consumer — ensure the platform is intuitive, reusable, and delivers a consistent experience across products and teams.
