About The Position

The Product Architect is a product leadership role responsible for shaping the platform as a cohesive product—ensuring its capabilities, experiences, and investments fit together around a clear product architecture. Working across platform product teams and in close partnership with engineering architecture, this role translates platform strategy into an intentional structure that enables reuse, consistency, scalability, and a simpler experience for platform consumers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 13 years’ experience in product management.
  • 15 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 12 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
  • Supervisory experience
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Define the platform product architecture — establish the capabilities, primitives, boundaries, and relationships that make up the platform.
  • Drive coherence across the portfolio — connect product roadmaps, identify gaps and duplication, and ensure investments collectively advance the platform strategy.
  • Establish platform product principles and patterns — create consistent approaches for how capabilities are designed, composed, exposed, and consumed.
  • Shape platform evolution — define the target-state product architecture and guide sequencing and tradeoffs required to move toward it.
  • Champion the platform consumer — ensure the platform is intuitive, reusable, and delivers a consistent experience across products and teams.
