About The Position

As machine learning reshapes how platforms acquire customers and how buyers discover products, the paid acquisition playbook is being rewritten. As a Senior Director of Product Management for Growth, you will own this end-to-end: define the growth strategy, build the cross-functional model that accelerates acquisition across new channels, and establish the product discipline that makes growth scalable and durable.

Requirements

  • Requires a minimum of 17 years of related experience; or a minimum of 15 years with a Bachelor’s degree; or a minimum of 12 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with a minimum of 8 years experience.
  • Experience managing and developing Product Management teams and senior product leaders through coaching and mentorship.
  • Experience building, scaling, and operating customer-facing digital products and platforms at scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner closely with engineering, design, science, and business teams to deliver complex product initiatives.
  • Experience defining product strategy, prioritizing investments, and aligning execution to business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-moving environments using data, experimentation, and product judgment to guide decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, including experience presenting strategy, results, and recommendations to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product vision, strategy, and execution for a portfolio of products and experiences.
  • Oversee and develop Product Management organizations while fostering a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and customer focus.
  • Build and prioritize product roadmaps using data, user research, experimentation, and business goals.
  • Partner with engineering, design, science, and business teams to deliver scalable products and features that improve customer and business outcomes.
  • Establish and monitor product and operational metrics to measure impact, guide decisions, and improve execution.
  • Influence organizational priorities, investment decisions, and execution plans across cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
  • Balance long-term strategic investments with rapid delivery to support evolving customer and business needs.
