Senior Director, Product Management - Revenue Intelligence & Analytics

InvocaLos Angeles, CA
$250,000 - $300,000Remote

About The Position

Invoca is seeking a Senior Director of Product to lead the Revenue Intelligence & Analytics portfolio. This role is central to Invoca's value proposition, focusing on four key product areas: Integrations, Insights & Analytics, Interaction Tracking, and Data Standardization. The objective is to leverage AI to transform conversational and interaction data into structured, actionable insights that drive measurable customer value. This is a leadership role requiring both deep technical understanding and strong people management skills, with the goal of proving the value of Invoca's data platform to customers.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience in B2B/enterprise SaaS.
  • 4+ years managing other product managers or product leaders.
  • Direct experience owning products or features that use AI/ML to turn unstructured data (calls, SMS, transcripts, agent notes) into structured, actionable insight.
  • Experience owning a customer-facing analytics or BI product.
  • Comfortable partnering with data engineering on modern data platforms.
  • Proven track record managing a team of product managers/leaders across multiple scrum teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
  • Able to build and tell a clear, quantified value story to customers and executives.
  • Comfortable operating as a peer to other senior leaders on an R&D Sr. Leadership Team; bring strategy and investment cases, not just execution updates.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience with an embedded analytics platform.
  • Experience with Databricks or a similar data lakehouse (e.g., Snowflake).
  • Hands-on experience with ThoughtSpot, Databricks, or a similar modern analytics/data stack.
  • Experience with AdTech/MarTech integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Set product strategy and roadmap across Integrations, Insights & Analytics, Interaction Tracking, and Data Standardization as one connected portfolio.
  • Define and own how Invoca turns unstructured data (calls, SMS, agent interactions) into structured, AI-generated insight that customers can act on immediately.
  • Partner with Data Engineering on the Databricks-based data platform to ensure the underlying architecture supports insight and analytics products.
  • Own the customer value narrative for this portfolio, ensuring each product has a clear, quantifiable story for the value it delivers to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Represent this portfolio on the R&D Senior Leadership Team, bringing proactive ideas and investment cases to company-level strategy conversations.
  • Manage, coach, and grow 4 product leaders, each owning one of the core product areas in this portfolio.
  • Set and uphold a high bar for what "done" means – not just shipped, but demonstrably valuable to customers.
  • Build and run a healthy agile operating cadence across 4 scrum teams: prioritization, roadmap reviews, cross-team dependency management.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Customer Success, and GTM leadership to align priorities and remove blockers.
  • Represent Invoca's data and insights story externally with customers and prospects, and periodically with analysts or press.
  • Build a clear, evolving point of view on which AI/ML approaches are right for turning conversational and interaction data into structured insight.
  • Push the team to use AI not just in the product, but in how the team works: research synthesis, insight generation, customer analysis.
  • Ensure the AI-driven insights this portfolio produces are trustworthy, explainable, and something customers will actually act on.
