About The Position

As a Senior Director – Product Development at Gainwell, you will provide executive leadership overseeing the design, development, and delivery of innovative product solutions that support healthcare technology programs. You will drive product strategy, ensure high-quality delivery, and align product capabilities with business objectives and client needs. You will partner with executive leadership, product management, engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, impactful solutions that advance Gainwell’s mission to improve health and human services. This remote-based role within the United States offers flexibility to support business and leadership needs. It carries accountability for product delivery, performance, and organizational effectiveness across multiple domains, with regular engagement with executive leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams. You will lead innovation, modernization, and continuous improvement across product development functions.

Requirements

12–15+ years of experience in product development, software engineering, or technology leadership, including senior management roles.
Proven experience leading large product development organizations and delivering complex, enterprise-scale solutions.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, system architecture, and modern development methodologies.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
