About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Senior Director of Physician Services in Las Cruces, New Mexico. This is an executive healthcare leadership role overseeing physician practice operations across a growing regional health system. The position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the operational, financial, and strategic performance of physician practices. The role involves leading physician practice management teams, market directors, and market managers supporting employed provider networks. Key responsibilities include driving physician integration, practice acquisitions, operational growth initiatives, EMR optimization, and performance improvement strategies. The Senior Director will also partner with executive leadership on organizational development, talent management, physician recruitment support, and long-range strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree REQUIRED
  • Graduate of a Health Care Management or Business Administration program REQUIRED
  • Minimum 10 years of physician practice management experience REQUIRED
  • Ability to relocate to Las Cruces, New Mexico within 45 days REQUIRED
  • Executive-level physician practice operations experience REQUIRED
  • Strong financial, operational, and strategic leadership skills REQUIRED
  • Ability to travel within service area as needed REQUIRED

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive leadership for all physician practice management operations
