The Senior Director, People Team Strategy, Planning and Enablement is responsible for translating People Team strategy into an integrated, executable delivery plan and ensuring the work of the People Team is well sequenced, aligned, and understood across stakeholders. This role serves as a strategic connector and disciplined executor – partnering closely with Strategy, Talent & Innovation peers, People Team Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and People Business Partners to drive clarity, momentum, and results. This leader owns the People Team’s end to end strategic delivery plan, including cyclical processes and enterprise priorities, and ensures leaders, managers, and employees are supported with timely, high quality communications and toolkits that enable effective execution. This leader will also own Strategy, Talent and Innovation (ST&I) operating mechanisms. This leader will report to the VP, Strategy and Operations and will work closely with the Strategy, Talent and Innovation SVP. This leader will lead a team of professionals while fostering a culture of innovation and performance excellence.
