Under general supervision, the Sr People Enablement Specialist leads operational delivery within the People Enablement function, ensuring consistent execution of People processes, team communications, and employee‑facing content. This role provides oversight of day‑to‑day work, maintains documentation and data standards, and serves as a backup resource for HRIS transactions and educational assistance programs as needed. Acting as a team lead, the Sr People Enablement Specialist guides daily operations, optimizes team workflows, and leverages data and analytics to improve efficiency and service delivery. This role partners with People stakeholders to ensure People Site content and communications are accurate, current, and aligned with governance standards, contributing to a reliable and high‑quality employee experience.
