About The Position

As a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for our Finance, Strategy, and Red Tree Beverage function in the North America Operating Unit, you won't just support the business; you will be the driving force behind our people strategy. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field or relevant experience required; post-graduate degree in related field or MBA preferred.
Minimum 12+ years exempt-level Human Resource experience required, preferably as an HR generalist.
Previous experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, or distribution; must have experience with Talent Management, Organizational Development/Effectiveness, Employee/Labor Relations, and Change Management.
Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and listening), collaboration in a matrix environment, and the ability to act as a change agent.

Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require The Coca-Cola Company's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic HR consultation and support to leadership, leading the design and implementation of HR initiatives, organizational structures, and team dynamics that align with business objectives and foster growth.
Act as a change agent, developing and implementing HR plans and change management strategies to enhance our growth culture. Focus on agility, smart risk-taking, and accountability while promoting an empowered, externally focused work environment.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify staffing needs, support recruitment efforts, and ensure a best-in-class workforce. Lead talent management processes to drive employee growth and retention, including action planning and development forum facilitation.
Conduct needs assessments to prioritize HR strategies, fostering a positive employee culture through communication initiatives. Collaborate with capability leaders to design and implement programs that support continuous employee development and enhance performance.
Ensure consistent and fair application of workplace policies while promoting a respectful and equitable work environment. Maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations, collaborating with Employee Relations and legal counsel to address and resolve workplace issues and disputes.
