•$185,000 - $265,000

About The Position

Ping Identity is seeking a strategic, execution-oriented leader to build the operating system that helps partners create pipeline, win business, and deliver customer outcomes. The role combines partner program design, partner enablement, and chief-of-staff-style operating leadership. The person will translate channel strategy into repeatable programs, equip partners and internal teams to execute, and establish the planning, measurement, and decision cadence needed to scale the partner business. The role designs and manages the partner-program portfolio, including recruitment, onboarding, activation, specialization, co-selling, services readiness, incentives, recognition, and lifecycle management. It establishes partner segmentation and investment principles, program requirements and governance, and repeatable frameworks for joint business planning and measurable outcomes. It also leads partner enablement and activation, developing partner-ready product materials and role-based learning journeys, and improving readiness based on adoption, field usage, win/loss evidence, and customer results. As operating lead for the partner organization, the role establishes planning and execution rhythms, translates priorities into integrated plans, prepares leadership and partner reviews, tracks initiatives and risks, and builds metrics connecting partner activity to pipeline, revenue, readiness, customer outcomes, and return on investment. It drives alignment across internal functions and partner executives, facilitates decisions, and provides data-informed recommendations to senior leadership. The role also develops organizational capabilities and a high-accountability, partner-first culture through influence, hiring, coaching, role clarity, and reusable processes. The position requires willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed. Ping Identity describes its work environment as flexible and collaborative and offers competitive benefits and perks.
