Senior Director of Sales

LakeHouse Senior LivingIndianapolis, IN
Hybrid

About The Position

The Senior Director of Sales (SDOS) serves as a high-impact sales leader focused on driving occupancy growth, stabilizing communities, and supporting sales performance throughout Indiana. This role is designed for an experienced senior living sales professional who thrives in direct selling environments and has a proven track record of converting leads into move-ins. The SDOS is expected to remain actively involved in the sales process daily, including lead management, tours, outreach, lease signings, events, and relationship development. The Senior Director of Sales will initially focus on-site Monday through Friday at the Northside Indianapolis community, driving occupancy growth and supporting census stabilization efforts. Once occupancy goals are achieved, this role will transition into supporting additional Indiana communities experiencing sales vacancies, occupancy challenges, onboarding needs, or training opportunities.
