About The Position

The Senior Director of Sales Finance Co-Pilot is the primary finance business partner to the President of Sales and Sales Leadership Team, and will report directly to the CFO, Holistic Health. The role leads Sales Finance across customer and channel performance, revenue growth management, trade investment, forecasting, commercial controls, and strategic revenue management support. The leader will support the Sales team through the carve-out from Nestlé and support the implementation of a new ISIT ERP platform while protecting business continuity and building scalable standalone Sales Finance capabilities. Preference will be given to candidates located within the Northeast region of the US. Scope of Responsibility Senior Finance leader responsible for Sales and Trade Finance, strategic revenue management, customer and channel profitability, revenue forecasting, and sales performance management. Leads and develops the Sales Finance organization Partners closely with Sales, Commercial Copilots, FP&A, Corporate Accounting Operates in a fast-paced transformation environment requiring analytical rigor, accounting discipline, commercial judgment, and strong change leadership. Strategic Purpose Serve as the strategic finance co-pilot to the President of Sales, CFO, and Commercial Leadership Team, shaping customer and channel strategies that deliver profitable growth, cash generation, and value creation. Lead the Sales Finance organization through separation from Nestlé, organizational redesign, process transition, and the move to a standalone private equity-backed operating model. Lead Sales Finance activities for the implementation and stabilization of a new IS/IT ERP platform, ensuring continuity of trade management, customer reporting, forecasting, controls, and close processes. Apply strong accounting, financial planning, and analytical expertise to pricing, promotion, customer investment, channel, mix, portfolio, and resource allocation decisions. Build a high-performing Sales Finance team that delivers clear insights, constructive challenge, strong controls, and effective partnership through change.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or another analytical discipline required.
  • 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant Sales Finance or Commercial Finance leadership responsibility.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering directly with Sales and Commercial leaders in consumer products, health and wellness, food, beverage, FMCG
  • Deep experience in customer finance, trade investment, RGM, pricing, customer profitability, sales forecasting, and commercial performance management.
  • Strong accounting expertise in trade spend, accruals, rebates, deductions, gross-to-net sales, financial reporting, and internal controls.
  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling capability with a record of converting data into practical commercial recommendations and measurable outcomes.
  • Proven success leading teams through organizational, systems, ownership, or business change.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent advanced finance qualification preferred.
  • Experience supporting carve-outs, divestitures, integrations, or transition service arrangements.
  • Experience in performance environment focused on rapid value creation and cash delivery.
  • Experience establishing standalone Sales Finance processes, controls, systems, reporting, and organization capabilities.
  • Experience leading or playing a major finance role in ERP implementation, including process design, data, testing, cutover, training, and stabilization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all Sales Finance activities, including customer planning, channel performance, sales forecasting support, trade investment, pricing support, customer profitability, and commercial performance reviews.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to develop annual plans, customer strategies, joint business plans, and investment choices aligned with revenue, profit, market share, and cash objectives.
  • Evaluate customer funding, promotions, pricing actions, terms, assortment changes, and other commercial proposals; provide clear recommendations based on return, strategic fit, cash impact, and risk.
  • Provide timely visibility to financial performance, risks, opportunities, and corrective actions across customers, channels, brands, and commercial programs.
  • Provide financial leadership for RGM decisions across price, promotion, mix, trade architecture, pack-price strategy, and customer terms.
  • Improve trade investment effectiveness through disciplined planning, approval, measurement, post-event evaluation, and reallocation of funds.
  • Establish financial guardrails and decision frameworks that enable commercial teams to act quickly while maintaining accountability.
  • Monitor market share, distribution, organic growth, trade rate, promotion effectiveness, and other commercial KPIs and recommend corrective action.
  • Ensure accurate accounting and forecasting for trade spend customer programs, rebates, deductions, promotional accruals, gross-to-net sales, and related commercial activities.
  • Maintain strong controls over customer funding, trade approvals, accruals, settlements, reconciliations, and commercial master data.
  • Partner with Corporate Controllership on technical judgments, close, audit requirements, policies, and control remediation.
  • Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, trade, net sales, and customer profitability forecasts.
  • Lead Sales Finance separation activities and readiness for close, and standalone operations
  • Separate commercial processes, data, reports, policies, controls, and services with minimal disruption to customers or business performance.
  • Identify Sales Finance capability gaps, transition risks, stranded costs, one-time requirements, and mitigation actions.
  • Establish scalable standalone Sales Finance routines, reporting, governance, and performance management aligned with private equity ownership.
  • Serve as the senior Sales Finance lead for the new ERP platform, representing requirements across order-to-cash, pricing, deductions, trade promotion, accruals, forecasting, and customer profitability reporting.
  • Oversee Sales Finance participation in process design, data mapping and cleansing, controls design, user acceptance testing, cutover, training, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Protect the accuracy and continuity of customer and trade data, commercial reporting, forecasts, accruals, deductions management, and period-end close.
  • Champion standardized processes, automation, connected data, and self-service analytics that improve speed and decision quality.
  • Lead with clarity, resilience, empathy, and accountability through ownership, systems, process, and organizational change.
  • Translate transformation priorities into executable plans while maintaining team engagement and delivery of critical commercial cycles.
  • Assess capabilities, clarify roles and decision rights, recruit and retain critical talent, and build development and succession plans.
