NourishedRx is seeking a Senior Product Director for a hands-on product leadership role. You will lead the evolution of our platform, establishing the discipline and workflows that allow our partners to operationalize Food is Medicine programs at scale while ensuring outcomes-based reimbursement remains a core pillar of our business model.

A major priority is taking our new ACCESS product from zero to one. ACCESS is our product offering specifically designed for Medicare beneficiaries, requiring innovative approaches to engagement and habit formation. It serves as an AI-enabled orchestration layer, utilizing an agentic guide to help members reach clinical goals while providing the performance measurement necessary for outcomes-based success.

Beyond ACCESS, the Product Director will manage the broader roadmap across our platform, ensuring member, clinical, and operational capabilities work together as a coherent system. This role requires strong product judgment and the ability to turn complex needs into shipped capabilities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in a senior product or product leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience discovering and building a new product, business model, or operating model where requirements were initially ambiguous and had to be learned through experimentation.
• Experience developing and managing product strategy and roadmaps across multiple product areas or stakeholder groups.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives in high-growth or rapidly changing organizations.
• Strong experience working closely with engineering teams on platforms, backend systems, integrations, and data-dependent products.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business models, operational requirements, and ambiguous problems into clear product strategies, requirements, and execution plans.
• Strong business and product judgment, with the ability to understand how product decisions affect operating efficiency, cost-to-serve, revenue, and scalability.
• Experience building products that support operational or clinical workflows - not solely consumer-facing interfaces.
• Strong systems thinking with an ability to operate at both strategic and detailed execution levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, cross-functional leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Familiarity with healthcare APIs, integrations, interoperability, and clinical data concepts.
• Experience with analytics, outcomes reporting, performance measurement, or customer-facing reporting platforms.
• Experience developing products used by clinical teams, care managers, internal operations teams, or provider organizations.
• Experience contributing to go-to-market strategy, commercial positioning, and the launch of a new business line or reimbursement model.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the product function and provide clear strategic direction across NourishedRx’s product portfolio, aligning the roadmap with long-term SaaS vision and financial objectives.
• Lead the evolution of the AI-enabled care orchestration layer and member experience—launching initially via ACCESS as the foundational blueprint for all future programs.
• Evolve the platform to support new products and use cases, ensuring the broader system scales as a connected care delivery engine for members, clinicians, and healthcare partners.
• Partner with executive leadership to translate business strategy into investment decisions and high-impact product priorities.
• Serve as a player-coach by owning high-priority initiatives while establishing standard practices for discovery, requirements, and post-launch learning.
• Partner closely with the Growth team to deeply understand market dynamics and customer needs, translating these insights into a market-facing product roadmap.
• Drive product definition and competitive positioning, particularly for the new ACCESS outcomes-based reimbursement stream.
• Enable the Sales and Commercial teams through high-impact product demos, educational materials, and strategic support during implementations and renewals.
• Develop a firsthand understanding of client workflows and member experience through direct research, data analysis, and experimentation.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for key initiatives, ensuring clear requirements and rigorous delivery from discovery through launch.
• Collaborate with Clinical and Operations teams to translate complex outcomes-based care models into scalable, automated, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Partner with Engineering and Data teams to define scalable architecture, integrations, and performance reporting tools for ACCESS and the broader platform.
• Define and track key metrics across enrollment, clinical outcomes, and financial performance to create visibility and accountability around product progress.
• Apply strong AI product judgment to balance reliability, risk, and scalability while managing guardrails and escalation paths for AI-enabled capabilities.
