About The Position

We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Director to lead and oversee all aspects of our Human Resources department. The Senior HR Director will join a highly talented team of wealth management and client service professionals that service the investment management and financial planning needs of high-net-worth individuals, families and institutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices, a track record of organizational development, and the ability to drive employee engagement, talent acquisition, and leadership development.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree required (bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field preferred).
  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role.
  • In-depth understanding of employment law, employee relations, compensation structures, and HR technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening, presentation, interpersonal), integrity, and cultural awareness.
  • Resourceful, detail-oriented, with a problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office ® and ATS/HRIS systems (such as TriNet, Rippling, Workday or ADP).
  • Ensures compliance with all Federal, State and local regulations (multi-state).
  • Ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex and challenging issues.
  • Empathetic and professional approach, capable of building strong relationships both inside and outside of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement the company’s people strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, and retention strategies to attract top-tier talent and ensure a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture by developing programs that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Drive leadership development initiatives to ensure a strong pipeline of internal talent and succession planning across the organization.
  • Lead the development and management of competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain talent while ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.
  • Oversee HR operations, policies, and compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and employees on employee relations matters, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts while promoting a healthy workplace culture.
  • Utilize HR analytics to track and report on key workforce metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve HR practices and overall company performance.
  • Participation in cross-business projects and assisting with firmwide initiatives designed to streamline firm policies and procedures.
