About The Position

The Director of Human Resources is a key management role responsible for overseeing and leading all aspects of the human resources function at Splash Carwash. This position ensures the effective administration of HR operations, compliance with employment laws and regulations, and the support of a positive and productive workplace culture aligned with the company’s core values. Based in Little Rock, Arkansas, Splash Car Wash is rapidly expanding with 30+ locations. Our state-of-the-art facilities and commitment to our employees and communities set us apart. Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, general business, or other related area
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while being well-organized and attentive to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Payroll processing
  • Employee benefits & 401(k) plan, Form 5500 review
  • PTO/Paid Leave approving/review/payouts
  • Maintaining personnel files, signed handbooks, policy acknowledgments
  • FMLA administration and oversight
  • Employee investigations, disputes, suspensions, issues
  • Employment verifications
  • Unemployment Claims / ADWS communication
  • Workers Compensation (and annual audit coordination)
  • Ensure job descriptions are updated and filed
  • COBRA administration
  • I-9 compliance and audits
  • EE01 reporting
  • OSHA 300 reporting
  • Employee classification review (exempt v. nonexempt)
  • Minimum Wage and Overtime law review (FLSA)
  • ACA – Monthly process and annually issue 1095-C
  • Year-end W2s
  • Labor law posters
  • Roll out and maintain records for Anti-harassment and Anti-Discrimination training
  • Periodic internal HR audits
