We are seeking a Director of Human Resources who shares our commitment to mission-driven service and understands that strong internal systems and supported employees are essential to delivering high-quality care to the community. This senior leadership role is responsible for strengthening, standardizing, and overseeing HR operations across the organization. The Director ensures consistent, compliant, and fair HR practices while fostering a culture of accountability, trust, and continuous improvement. Partnering closely with the Executive Director and leadership team, the Director of HR plays a key role in reducing organizational risk, enhancing HR systems and workflows, and supporting leaders in effectively managing and developing staff. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
