This role serves as a strategic advisor to leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management. The Senior Director of Human Resources will develop executive-level reports related to HR strategy, programs, and metrics, and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and operational efficiency. The position will utilize HR data and analytics to support decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR programs. Additionally, the role will lead initiatives related to talent acquisition, retention, onboarding, succession planning, and leadership development, partnering with department leaders to identify training needs and implement professional development programs. The Senior Director will also lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR programs and policies, ensuring alignment with state and federal employment laws and global policies, while monitoring compliance and mitigating risk. The role oversees employee relations, administers the performance management process, and counsels leadership on best practices. Collaboration with Global HR counterparts, particularly in South Korea, is essential to support global programs and ensure cross-cultural alignment. The Senior Director will also lead, develop, and mentor the HR team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional growth.
