About The Position

The Senior Director of Enterprise Applications is a transformational technology leader responsible for integrating fragmented business systems into an end-to-end enterprise architecture that supports operational excellence and mission readiness. The role leads strategy, delivery, and optimization of enterprise business systems, particularly SAP, the Siemens Engineering Suite (Teamcenter/NX), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in a regulated aerospace and defense environment. The leader defines and executes application roadmaps aligned with corporate goals, modernizes global operations, and promotes end-to-end systems thinking across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance. The role oversees SAP S/4HANA, Siemens Teamcenter, NX, and MES platforms; integrates ERP, PLM, and MES systems to improve productivity, traceability, and compliance; and architects enterprise integration frameworks using modern middleware while maintaining data consistency, scalability, and cybersecurity compliance. The position also builds and mentors a multidisciplinary team, collaborates across business units, and develops vendor relationships to deliver measurable performance improvements and enterprise-wide change. The role supports compliance with defense-sector requirements including CMMC, ITAR, DFARS, and NIST 800-171. U.S. citizenship is required because the position may require an active U.S. security clearance; non-U.S. citizens may not be eligible to obtain one.
