LucidLink is hiring a Senior Director of Demand Generation to lead and scale our go-to-market efforts in the US and EMEA. This is a critical role within the Marketing Organization and requires past experience in highly competitive, B2B SaaS environments. The ideal candidate will be able to optimize existing Demand Gen infrastructure and launch brand new strategies for converting leads. Put simply: the mission of the Sr. Director of Demand Generation is to grow qualified sales pipeline and scale LucidLink’s global revenue engine. LucidLink is a global organization with teams in the UK and Bulgaria. Success in this role will require time zone flexibility and occasional travel (10-20%). Key outcomes in the first 12-18 months on the job: Materially improve the efficiency of our go-to-market motion across all buyer personas Coach and mentor a high performing team with integrity and transparency Manage the Demand Generation budget to ensure maximum return on investment without overages Take ownership of the corporate website and content strategy so it’s a driver of high-intent conversions
