About The Position

The Director of Demand Generation is the senior owner of office-side pipeline creation and revenue acceleration. This role is responsible for building and scaling multi-channel demand programs that drive qualified office acquisition, activation, and long-term revenue growth. You will design and operate an integrated demand engine across paid media, SEO, ABM, lifecycle, and sales partnership, while obsessing over CAC efficiency, attribution clarity, and downstream revenue impact. This role is ideal for a B2B growth leader who thrives in complex funnels, understands sales-marketing alignment, and brings rigor to demand strategy in a marketplace or SaaS environment.

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years in B2B demand generation or growth leadership
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare, or marketplace businesses
  • Proven ability to design and run integrated, multi-channel demand engines
  • Deep understanding of attribution, analytics, and funnel economics
  • Strong partnership mindset with Sales, RevOps, and Finance
  • ROI-obsessed, strategic, and comfortable operating at scale

Responsibilities

  • Own office-side pipeline creation from lead generation through activation and revenue
  • Build and scale integrated demand programs across Google Ads, SEO, ABM, lifecycle, and partnerships
  • Optimize CAC, conversion rates, and payback period through testing and funnel optimization
  • Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to improve lead quality, handoff, and activation velocity
  • Develop attribution frameworks and reporting that connect spend to revenue outcomes
  • Segment demand strategies by office type, geography, and maturity
  • Lead experimentation on new channels, offers, and messaging strategies
  • Forecast pipeline impact and support revenue planning with leadership
  • Own office-side KPIs including CAC, SQL rate, activation rate, revenue per account, and LTV
