About The Position

Morrison Center is seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Services to be based in Westbrook, Maine. Reporting to the Chief Program Officer (CPO), this position provides clinical and operational leadership across the organization’s clinical, care coordination, and community-based service lines. This leader will oversee Targeted Case Management (TCM), Behavioral Health Home (BHH) Care Coordination, and community support services, while ensuring high-quality, person-centered care delivery that aligns with the organization’s mission, values, and ethical standards. The Senior Director of Clinical Services will provide leadership in clinical program development, supervision, regulatory compliance, operational performance, workforce engagement, and quality improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring programs are providing the highest quality of care, while operating efficiently, sustainably, and in compliance with all state, federal, funding, and accreditation requirements. Requirements

  • Clinical and operational leadership across clinical, care coordination, and community-based service lines.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CPO and senior leadership to shape and execute clinical program strategy aligned with organizational mission and growth.
  • Provide leadership and oversight for all clinical programs, ensuring excellence in service delivery, regulatory compliance, and quality outcomes.
  • Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of new and existing clinical initiatives, using data-driven metrics and continuous improvement.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support clinical program leaders and staff, fostering strong ethical practice, engagement, and retention.
  • Oversee risk management and promote a culture of safety, accountability, and high‐quality, person-centered care.
  • Develop and manage program budgets in partnership with finance leadership, monitoring financial performance and sustainability.
  • Cultivate community partnerships, support grant development, and represent the organization in professional and stakeholder settings.
  • Advance equitable access to services across communities and champion initiatives that improve client outcomes and satisfaction.
