About The Position

Behavioral Innovations is seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join their team as a Sr. Director of Clinical Services in Windsor Mill, MD. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in state-of-the-art centers, working within a supportive and collaborative team dedicated to excellence in ABA therapy. The company is the largest center-based provider across TX, OK, CO, VA, NC, VA and MD with over 90 centers.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification for two years minimum.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and leadership for ABA therapy services.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy.
• Support and mentor BCBAs and other clinical staff.
• Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the organization.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards.
