About The Position
Behavioral Innovations is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team as a Senior Director of Clinical Services in Arvada, CO. For 25 years, Behavioral Innovations has been a trusted provider of compassionate ABA therapy, with a vision to be the #1 trusted resource for all individuals with autism. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in new state-of-the-art centers within the largest center-based provider across TX, OK, CO, VA, NC, VA and MD with 90+ centers. Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical services and leadership.
- Guide the mission to prioritize the well-being of clients and their families.
- Oversee clinical operations and ensure excellence in ABA therapy.
