About The Position
Behavioral Innovations is seeking a Sr. Director of Clinical Services (BCBA) to join their team. For 25 years, Behavioral Innovations has been a trusted provider of compassionate ABA therapy, with a vision to be the #1 trusted resource for all individuals with autism. They are looking for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) who share their passion for creating meaningful change and delivering excellence in care. Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate ABA therapy.
- Create meaningful change and deliver excellence in care.
- Collaborate with a supportive team dedicated to excellence in ABA therapy.
- Advance in career with ongoing training & professional development.
- Engage in ongoing training established clinical practices and automated clinical tools.
- Utilize centralized home office support for intake, hiring, training, authorizations, billing, and more.
- Support RBT training through interaction and collaboration, including an RBT Buddy who will check in with new hires and support them through training.
Benefits
- Competitive Salary: Earn between $99,000 - $109,500
