About The Position

The Global Program Controls organization provides governance, reporting, controls processes, cost management support, and portfolio visibility to help Oracle Cloud Infrastructure deliver global data center programs with greater consistency, transparency, and execution discipline. This role is a hands-on technical leadership position responsible for building and deploying dashboards, reports, and AI-enabled analytics that help senior leaders understand operational performance, identify risks, and make informed decisions. The role builds on an established database foundation and existing data-entry and governance processes by turning trusted data into reliable reporting products used in daily work. It integrates information from Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), Oracle Primavera Unifier, Oracle APEX applications, and related data sources. The successful candidate personally writes queries, develops reporting models, builds dashboards, connects systems, and deploys solutions into production while establishing reporting priorities and technical standards with business leaders, system owners, and technical teams. The position has substantial technical ownership and may operate as a senior individual contributor leading cross-functional delivery. The candidate will develop executive and operational reporting, reusable datasets, and automated analytical workflows; connect and reconcile enterprise application data; apply and validate AI models for practical reporting use cases; and maintain reporting accuracy, security, performance, and production reliability. They will partner with executives and operational leaders to prioritize delivery, communicate important insights and risks, develop familiarity with data center operations, lead cross-functional work, and train users. The stated U.S. hiring range is $169,800–$355,400 per annum. The role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
