Coleto Brands is seeking a Senior Director of Brand Marketing to join their team. This role is responsible for defining, elevating, and protecting the brand strategy across Coleto Brands. The individual will lead a high-functioning brand marketing team to drive a cohesive brand architecture, translate brand strategy into impactful integrated marketing programs, and ensure alignment with business objectives to fuel growth, differentiation, and brand advocacy. As a senior leader, this role will collaborate closely with cross-functional colleagues to ensure corporate and go-to-market brand consistency across all touchpoints, delivering best-in-class brand experiences for customers and consumers. This role is both strategic and hands-on, flexing as needed to build strong, enduring brands that resonate with target audiences across all channels. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for brand building across all touchpoints. They will work closely with internal colleagues and external agency partners to develop and implement brand marketing initiatives that elevate the Kichler and Progress Lighting brands among their target audiences while also supporting business needs. The role involves keeping a pulse on marketing, industry, consumer, and cultural trends to identify relevant opportunities for ongoing brand growth. As the functional team lead, this role will also play a key part in developing and mentoring a team of direct and indirect reports. Responsibilities include developing and monitoring key performance indicators and providing updates to senior management, making strong business acumen a critical success factor.
