About The Position

The Senior Director of OCI Real Estate Acquisition & Site Development will lead North America and Latin America site selection, real estate strategy, lease negotiations, and large-scale data center campus development initiatives. This role is responsible for identifying and securing capacity to support Oracle’s largest customers and future revenue growth. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in data center real estate, hyperscale infrastructure development, complex lease negotiations, and cross-functional leadership. This individual will lead high-performing regional teams and collaborate closely with capacity planning, engineering, construction, operations, finance, legal, procurement, networking, and security organizations to execute strategic growth initiatives globally.
