About The Position

We are seeking a Director, Real Estate who will lead the real estate team, while working cross functionally within the broader development team and company to accelerate growth. This person will be responsible for overseeing all real estate responsibilities including but not limited to the following: Mentor and lead a high performing team of real estate professionals A strategic leader that is focused on quality of sites by using quantifiable data for sound selection criteria Brand Partner portfolio management as it pertains to real-estate and their development pipeline Working cross functionally to influence and drive pipeline/process efficiencies, both with Brand Partners and internal peers Develop and implement real estate strategy to include site selection, market expansion, and lease negotiations Provide monthly/quarterly/annual site forecasts Build strong relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, brand partners and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • College Degree in Real Estate or business related
  • 6+ years related experience in the real estate market
  • 4+ years of experience in leading high performing teams
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
  • Proficient In computer skill with a focus on mapping software’s
  • Proven track record with a franchisor
