Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role leads the firm’s regional marketing efforts across institutional, wealth management channel, and Canadian go-to-market teams, ensuring alignment with global business priorities and commercial objectives. As a key member of the Global Marketing Leadership Team, this position serves as a strategic partner to business leaders across North America and plays a critical role in translating business objectives into measurable marketing outcomes that support asset growth, client retention, and brand differentiation. The Senior Director will oversee a team of marketing leaders and professionals responsible for audience marketing, demand generation, client engagement, digital marketing, events, content activation, and campaign execution. The role requires a deep understanding of institutional and wealth management audiences, investment products, client decision-making processes, and the evolving distribution landscape.
