About The Position

This role will lead outpatient imaging operations and market growth strategies to achieve expansion targets, performance metrics, and quality initiatives for new centers and modality expansion. The position involves developing and aligning data-driven clinical programs and strategies that optimize revenue opportunities and ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective services. The Senior Director will partner with Radiologists and executive leadership to drive long-term outpatient imaging strategy, identify growth through exam potential, and enhance protocol efficiencies. Additionally, the role focuses on fostering continuous performance improvement and talent development to ensure the continuity of clinical operations and successful implementation of new sites of service.

Requirements

High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
