About The Position

The Director of Imaging Services is accountable for delivering high quality, efficient and effective services for our Imaging customers. This leadership role works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our products and services are customer-focused and consistently provide exceptional value to the organization and communities we serve. Serves as an operational leader in the service line and organization ensuring day-to-day operations achieves service and regulatory standards, quality and safety, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, physician relations and highly reliable resource management. Establishes strong partnerships with key physician and administrative leaders, to ensure system wide objectives achieve the intended results. Works cooperatively with leaders across the organization to ensure customers are the focus of all products and services.

Requirements

  • B.S./B.A.
  • 5 years progressive management experience

Nice To Haves

  • M.A./M.S.
  • 7 years healthcare management experience across multiple academic, community, and discovery imaging environments
