Senior Director, Marketing

Voyager Technologies, Inc.•Los Angeles, CA
•$200,000 - $250,000

About The Position

Voyager is creating a new in-house studio and seeks its first leader. The Senior Director, Marketing will run the studio responsible for Voyager’s film, photography, design, and brand work, using AI as the production engine. This creative leadership role combines setting the creative vision for how Voyager looks, sounds, and tells its story across formats and audiences with building a production system that delivers work at speed and scale. The role leads a small, senior core team, engages freelance camera crews as projects require, and works directly with founders and C-suite leaders. It reports to the Vice President of Strategy and requires understanding the business objective behind each piece of work before production. The position owns Voyager’s brand and creative standards across film, photography, design, motion, and digital; develops stories for the company’s six markets; and builds an AI-first production pipeline based on Claude and modern tools. It also oversees production crews, the studio budget, vendors, quality control, and the development of the studio’s direct reports. Candidates will be evaluated through a portfolio review and a live work sample demonstrating how they build with AI. Strong candidates combine exceptional craft with judgment that connects creative work to business outcomes.
