About The Position

About Torticity Founded six years ago and based in Boca Raton, Florida, Torticity is a B2B2C lit-tech company that does case workup for plaintiff law firms - helping them advocate for claimants seeking justice across mass tort, personal injury, sexual assault, and natural disaster cases. Our proprietary tech boosts efficiency and sets new industry standards. We're an AI-native team investing heavily in what comes next. Today, we offer comprehensive, end-to-end solutions that help law firms navigate complex pre-litigation/litigation effortlessly. We blend innovation with justice, turn challenges into opportunities, and build the future of legal excellence every day. Join us and be part of something extraordinary! 📍Remote opportunities available nationwide. Employees within a 40-mile radius of our Boca Raton HQ enjoy in-person collaboration and enhanced compensation. Hybrid work model: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays in-office. The Role The Senior Director, Marketing Strategy & Go-to-Market is responsible for owning the B2B marketing engine across Torticity's seven business lines — and for ensuring a single, coherent company narrative reaches law firm clients, partners, and the broader legal industry. This is not a campaign-execution role. You will define the marketing strategy that connects our Lit-Tech ecosystem into one story, build the product marketing function from the ground up, and lead go-to-market for new offerings across the portfolio. You will own how Torticity shows up in market — what we say, who we say it to, where we say it, and how we measure whether it's working. You'll work closely with the Torticity Leadership team and product leadership to translate company vision into market-facing strategy — but within your domain, you are empowered to set positioning, prioritize investment, build the team, and own the brand. Solutions are not dictated top-down; you and your team will own the "how." If you're energized by the challenge of unifying a multi-product portfolio under one brand and accelerating growth across an underserved B2B category, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years leading product marketing, brand, or integrated marketing at the senior leadership level.
  • Track record of building and unifying brand narrative across a multi-product portfolio — ideally in a category where the buyer is a sophisticated B2B operator.
  • Have launched products and entered new categories from zero, and can walk through the GTM playbook and the results it produced.
  • Deep product marketing fluency: positioning frameworks, messaging hierarchies, segmentation, ICP, sales enablement, and competitive intelligence.
  • Strong brand instincts paired with rigorous demand-generation and measurement discipline — you don't believe brand and performance are opposing forces.
  • Comfortable owning the full funnel and connecting marketing investment to revenue outcomes.
  • Excellent writer and communicator — you can take the most complex technical capability and make it clear, sharp, and compelling for an executive buyer.
  • Skilled at hiring and leading marketing teams, including agency and contractor partners.
  • Adaptable and curious — willing to evolve your process and embrace emerging technology trends as the landscape shifts.
  • Energized by ambiguity and the opportunity to define structure where none exists.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in legal tech, regulated industries, or operationally complex B2B / B2B2C platforms is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Company-level B2B marketing strategy across all seven business lines, with clear connective tissue between them and a single, defensible category narrative.
  • The Torticity master brand — positioning, narrative architecture, visual identity, and the discipline to keep all seven business lines speaking one language.
  • The product marketing function end-to-end: positioning, messaging, packaging, sales enablement, customer research, and competitive intelligence across the portfolio.
  • Go-to-market strategy and execution for new products, expansions, and category-level moves.
  • Marketing investment allocation and the funnel KPIs that connect marketing spend to pipeline and revenue.
  • Hiring, structuring, and leading the marketing organization, including agency and contractor partners.
  • Direct exposure to the CEO and executive team on company narrative, market strategy, and growth.
  • Define and articulate Torticity's company-level positioning, messaging architecture, and category narrative — and enforce coherence across seven business lines that have historically gone to market separately.
  • Lead structured GTM for every new product, service, and category move: positioning, pricing, packaging, channel strategy, sales enablement, and demand orchestration.
  • Build the product marketing function from the ground up — ICP definition, segmentation, win/loss analysis, and the messaging frameworks that arm every customer-facing team.
  • Translate complex Lit-Tech capabilities into clear, differentiated value for personal injury and mass-tort law firm decision-makers.
  • Architect the demand engine across owned, earned, and paid channels — and hold it accountable to pipeline and revenue, not vanity metrics.
  • Lead competitive intelligence and category positioning, including how Torticity defends and extends category leadership.
  • Partner with Product to feed market signal into the roadmap, and with Sales to close the loop between message and motion.
  • Identify and execute high-leverage opportunities to integrate AI into marketing workflows — from research and segmentation to creative iteration, content production, and campaign analysis.
