The Senior Director, Marketing Operations & Technology will build and lead the operational backbone of the marketing function. This role is responsible for establishing the processes, planning discipline, performance management, and technology-enabled operating model required to scale marketing effectively and align activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes. This leader will partner closely with Marketing leadership, Rev Ops / Sales Ops, Finance, IT, and Business Systems to ensure marketing operates with clear priorities, strong execution discipline, and reliable performance visibility.
