About The Position
The Senior Director, Operations functions as the senior non-physician executive for a significant segment of acute, ambulatory, post-acute services operations within a geographic region. Travel required.
Requirements
- Masters Degree
- 7 years of leadership
- Diverse leadership experience/knowledge within complex health-related organizations preferred
- Local candidate who has knowledge of rural healthcare preferred
Responsibilities
- Direct the integration and alignment of acute, ambulatory, post-acute services, strengthening collaboration between inpatient and outpatient care teams.
- Lead strategic planning that aligns with organizational goals related to growth, care continuum integration, service delivery, and revenue enhancement.
- Drive initiatives that improve care transitions and patient outcomes, reducing fragmentation and enhancing the overall patient experience.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to design and implement innovative care models that support population health and care strategies.
