About The Position

Serves as the CRO and CRO LT’s strategic partner for AI-driven GTM transformation. Defines an end-to-end cohesive program, sequences initiatives, and aligns delivery to Equinix business objectives. Acts as the bridge between CRO business strategy and AI execution, shaping executive narratives that link AI investment to SG&A efficiency and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 15+ years experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Go-to-Market Expertise: Senior Sales, Marketing, or GTM Operations leadership; deep understanding of GTM motions and where AI creates leverage
  • Transformation Leadership: Proven delivery of large-scale change (digital transformation, operating model redesign, or strategy programs) with measurable outcomes
  • Financial & E2E Planning: Budget and headcount planning; ability to connect AI outcomes to Enterprise Operating Plan targets and CFO-level metrics
  • AI & GTM Applications: Working knowledge of AI use cases across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success; ability to assess feasibility and translate capability into business value
  • Strategic Vision & Storytelling: Frame how AI delivers growth and SG&A reduction in clear executive terms
  • Strong Business & Financial Acumen: Quantify ROI, model SG&A impact, and partner with Finance on business cases
  • Executive Influence: Align senior leaders and secure cross-functional buy-in in a matrix environment
  • Change Leadership: Lead adoption, manage resistance, and deliver operating model and process change

Responsibilities

  • Set the CRO AI transformation roadmap and priorities aligned to corporate strategy.
  • Shape executive narratives linking AI investment to SG&A efficiency and revenue growth.
  • Prioritise investments; select and sequence use cases across quick wins and strategic bets.
  • Manage the AI portfolio; maximise ROI against growth and SG&A goals.
  • Lead cross-functional governance aligning Sales, Marketing, CS, and GTM Ops on shared principles and priorities.
  • Partner with CDIO to translate CRO requirements into actionable delivery plans with AI/tech teams.
  • Align business process excellence with AI design to automate the right work and improve workflows.
  • Bridge CRO business strategy and AI execution; convert opportunity signals into decisions, sequencing, and measurable delivery.
  • Own executive reporting on ROI, agent performance, outcomes, and learnings for CRO leadership, Finance, and the Board.
  • Set outcome-based targets; inspect metrics and adjust plans quickly.
  • Coach, develop, and hire; build team capabilities across business acumen, change leadership, and execution discipline.
