As a GTM Business Transformation Director, you will drive large-scale finance process and technology transformation initiatives for global clients. You will play a key role in shaping, selling, and delivering transformation programs that generate measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in finance transformation with strong end-to-end process knowledge (Receivables, Credit‑to‑Cash, Order‑to‑Cash).
  • Proven leadership of large-scale finance transformation projects with full accountability for scope, team, timeline, and budget.
  • Experience shaping and selling transformation programs, including RFI/RFP processes.
  • Strong consulting skills: problem structuring, stakeholder facilitation, data-driven analysis, and storytelling.
  • Hands-on experience with finance platforms and technologies (S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle, Blackline, HighRadius, Serrala, RPA, intelligent automation).
  • Experience with process maturity assessments and S/4HANA implementations.
  • Ability to articulate clear business cases focused on value and business outcomes.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

  • Lead finance process and technology transformation projects, supporting Transformation Managers in successful delivery.
  • Design and deliver initiatives including target operating model design, process redesign, maturity assessments, benchmarking, GBS/SSC setup, automation assessments, ERP and platform implementations, RPA initiatives, transitions, and change management.
  • Advise clients on transformation strategies, leveraging process and technology expertise.
  • Engage senior client stakeholders to drive the transformation agenda and ensure delivery of agreed outcomes.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies and recommend relevant improvements.
  • Contribute to and leverage Capgemini transformation methodologies and assets (e.g., DGEM, S/4HANA, ESOAR, RPA technologies).
