It also requires operationalizing PLG-to-sales handoffs using product usage signals and building workflows that convert self-serve adoption into enterprise expansion. A key aspect is identifying and deploying AI-driven tools and automation to improve productivity, reduce friction, and accelerate time-to-revenue across the GTM stack. The role demands cross-functional execution and alignment with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance on execution of revenue models, ensuring commercialization is operationally viable and compliant within a financial services environment.
