About The Position

This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end product-to-market lifecycle and GTM readiness frameworks, ensuring new products and features launch with aligned Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success execution. The position involves designing operating models for a multi-product SaaS platform to enable bundling, cross-sell, and pricing consistency across segments. It also requires operationalizing PLG-to-sales handoffs using product usage signals and building workflows that convert self-serve adoption into enterprise expansion. A key aspect is identifying and deploying AI-driven tools and automation to improve productivity, reduce friction, and accelerate time-to-revenue across the GTM stack. The role demands cross-functional execution and alignment with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance on execution of revenue models, ensuring commercialization is operationally viable and compliant within a financial services environment.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years in business transformation, GTM operations, strategy & operations, or consulting with operator experience
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or financial services technology environments
  • Proven ability to operationalize product launches and scale GTM execution across multiple products
  • Strong understanding of multi-product SaaS models, platform strategies, and PLG + enterprise hybrid motions
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in organizations transitioning from single product to multi-product/platform models
  • Background in fintech, capital markets technology, or regulated SaaS environments
  • Experience working closely with Product teams on PLG or product analytics
  • Exposure to modern GTM architecture (CRM, product telemetry, data platforms)
