The Senior Director, Brand & Global Marketing is a senior, highly strategic leader responsible for protecting and stewarding the Global Citizen brand, and driving the marketing strategy behind our most visible campaigns and moments. This role serves as a primary owner of brand positioning, campaign narrative, and marketing strategy, ensuring that how Global Citizen shows up in the world is clear, consistent, and impactful across all channels and audiences. The Senior Director will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies and plans, translating organizational priorities into actionable roadmaps. They will stay closely connected to channel leads to ensure alignment, consistency, and quality across all outputs, while partnering with the Creative Director, who leads creative development. In short, this role requires an experienced marketing leader who sets strategic direction, translates it into actionable marketing plans, and drives cross-functional execution to deliver high-impact, on-brand work.
