About The Position

The Senior Director, Global Enablement leads Abnormal’s global enablement organization across field, technical, customer success, onboarding, certification, and partner enablement. The role partners with Product and Product Marketing on launch readiness, uses field and performance feedback to continuously improve programs, and measures outcomes such as ramp time, certification quality, behavior change, multi-product attach, pipeline, and revenue. It also oversees enablement prioritization, capacity planning, budget, and technology, while partnering with GTM and cross-functional leaders.
