The successful candidate is expected to be familiar with what is necessary to deliver a high volume of small projects cost effectively at speed. In the arena of small projects this position: • Develops, enforces and trains on the processes to be followed. • Develops KPI's and dashboards to show performance and improvements. • Coaches and develops the Facility Management, Planning and Project Delivery teams in best practices. • Over time will likely have direct reports that assist in providing the necessary support and oversight to this program.
