Requirements

Post-secondary degree in Business or a related field.
Proven P&L leadership experience with accountability for financial performance.
Significant leadership experience within Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Management, Building Operations, or another service-driven environment.
Experience leading large portfolios, complex operations, and multiple client relationships.
Strong strategic planning and business execution capabilities.
Demonstrated success developing leaders and building organizational capability.
Strong business development, relationship management, and commercial acumen.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership across a significant facilities management portfolio.

Lead strategic planning initiatives that align operations with organizational objectives.

Build and maintain strong client relationships that support long-term partnerships.
Contribute to bid strategies, contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal development.
Identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen market presence.
Stay connected to industry trends, customer priorities, and emerging opportunities.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and key stakeholders.
Maintain a visible leadership presence across customer portfolios.
Foster strong relationships built on trust, accountability, and results.
Align business objectives with client priorities to create long-term value.
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of operational leaders.
Support workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
