About The Position

The Senior Director, Enterprise Imaging Services leads the development and coordinates comprehensive service line programs within the care delivery system and health plan services. This role facilitates conversations with physicians, medical groups, hospitals, and service line leadership to develop, coordinate, and implement service line programs. The senior director incorporates financial, operational, care delivery system, clinical outcomes, and implementation strategy, and provides updates regarding program results. In collaboration with key imaging leaders, they develop regional strategies for quality, growth, technology, recruitment, and strategic positioning within the community for imaging services.

Requirements

  • Master's Level Degree in a related field
  • 7 years of leadership experience
  • 4 years of service line experience
  • Multispecialty medical group or hospital system experience with exposure to specific service line
  • Development of long-range strategic plans across matrixes
  • Proven ability to develop strong physician relationships/alignment and integration efforts across highly competitive, disparate, unique and diverse markets
  • Experience conducting transformation initiatives for similar sized system(s) across a key service line
  • History of developing physician leaders/advocates in assisting with coordination of care
