The Sr. Director of Donor Engagement is a senior leadership role that directs the Foundation's donor-facing enterprise and serves as a member of the President's leadership team. This position leads and unifies the functions that shape the donor experience, including communications, donor relations, events, Mission Experience, and the annual fund, setting a coordinated strategy that drives engagement, strengthens relationships, and accelerates philanthropic growth across the Texas Health system. Reporting to the President, this role translates the Foundation's vision into action and advancing the priorities that matter most to its Mission and fundraising. The Sr. Director brings rigorous project management discipline to complex, cross-functional work, turning strategy into executable plans and ensuring that initiatives move from concept to result.
