As the Senior Director, Credit Card Growth Marketing, you'll lead integrated marketing for CIBC's Credit Card portfolio, covering both consumer and business card products. Working within the Marketing Centre of Excellence (CoE), you’ll set the vision for marketing excellence, talent development, and strategy, empowering marketers to deliver high-impact outcomes within client solution squads. While squad Product Owners manage day-to-day execution, you ensure every marketer is equipped with the skills, direction, creative assets, and performance frameworks to drive measurable growth. Your focus will be on full-funnel marketing—acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention—and maximizing customer lifetime value through data-driven lifecycle strategies. You’ll oversee all aspects of integrated marketing delivered through the CoE model, including brand positioning, creative development, media strategy, performance marketing, reporting, direct communications, and budget management, with a strong emphasis on digital-first channels such as paid search, paid social, programmatic, SEO, and email marketing. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
