About The Position

We’re building a relationship-oriented bank for the modern world. We need talented, passionate professionals who are dedicated to doing what’s right for our clients. At CIBC, we embrace your strengths and your ambitions, so you are empowered at work. Our team members have what they need to make a meaningful impact and are truly valued for who they are and what they contribute. As the Senior Director, Credit Card Growth Marketing, you'll lead integrated marketing for CIBC's Credit Card portfolio, covering both consumer and business card products. Working within the Marketing Centre of Excellence (CoE), you’ll set the vision for marketing excellence, talent development, and strategy, empowering marketers to deliver high-impact outcomes within client solution squads. While squad Product Owners manage day-to-day execution, you ensure every marketer is equipped with the skills, direction, creative assets, and performance frameworks to drive measurable growth. Your focus will be on full-funnel marketing—acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention—and maximizing customer lifetime value through data-driven lifecycle strategies. You’ll oversee all aspects of integrated marketing delivered through the CoE model, including brand positioning, creative development, media strategy, performance marketing, reporting, direct communications, and budget management, with a strong emphasis on digital-first channels such as paid search, paid social, programmatic, SEO, and email marketing. At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
