About The Position

The Director, Growth Marketing leads the strategy, development and implementation of comprehensive marketing programs required to build brand awareness, generate pipeline and drive customer acquisition. The incumbent directly oversees multiple marketing functions including Integrated Marketing, Digital Marketing and Field Marketing, while partnering closely with our Enterprise Analytics team to enable data-driven growth strategies. The Director, Growth Marketing serves as the enterprise leader for acquisition marketing initiatives and is accountable for delivering measurable pipeline contribution, marketing ROI and new customer growth through integrated marketing campaigns and performance driven execution.

Requirements

  • Prior experience leading cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Email, Social and Marketing Automation platforms.
  • Strong B2B demand generation and customer acquisition experience within a high-volume business environment.
  • Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns focused on pipeline generation and conversion optimization.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics, campaign performance measurement and marketing ROI.
  • Experience identifying emerging digital trends and evaluating new marketing technologies and solutions.
  • Excellent executive presence with the ability to clearly articulate growth strategy and performance outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation and influence capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, demand generation, digital marketing or related experience.
  • 7-10 years of experience in digital-enabled business process transformation and change management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated growth marketing strategies focused on pipeline generation, customer acquisition and profitable revenue growth.
  • Lead demand generation initiatives across digital, field and integrated marketing channels to increase lead volume, conversion and sales opportunities.
  • Drive prospect-focused marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, engagement and acquisition performance.
  • Partner with Sales to align marketing strategies with commercial growth objectives and pipeline priorities.
  • Lead campaign optimization efforts utilizing analytics, KPIs and conversion metrics to improve marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Support go-to-market strategies and integrated campaigns that drive new customer acquisition across target segments and markets.
  • Evaluate and leverage marketing technology platforms for email marketing, marketing automation, paid media, social media and campaign performance tracking.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, demand generation best practices and emerging technologies to support innovation and business growth.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign execution across marketing channels.
  • Deliver strategic insights, campaign performance updates and pipeline metrics to executive leadership.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with Sales, Operations, Customer Experience, and Digital to support organizational growth objectives.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.
